Who is Rashid?

I’m someone who constantly seeks to understand the world in both practical and abstract ways. I have a restless energy, always looking for new experiences, new ideas, and ways to improve myself and my surroundings. I’m driven by curiosity and a need for variety, but I can also get deeply absorbed in my thoughts and projects, losing track of time when something captivates me.

I’m creative, spontaneous, and love the thrill of exploring possibilities, but at the same time, I value consistency in my work and strive to deliver quality. I find joy in innovation and deep analysis, often searching for unconventional ways to solve problems. I have a strong sense of independence and prefer to navigate life on my own terms, though I recognize that sometimes this makes me less flexible when it comes to collaboration.

At my core, I care deeply about ethics, aesthetics, and the impact my actions have on others. While I may seem assertive and in control, there’s also a softer side of me that craves understanding and connection, even if I don’t always show it. I value freedom, not just for myself but for those around me, and I believe in creating environments where people can thrive and be empowered.

I’m also aware that I struggle with balancing my many interests and sometimes get too caught up in chasing the next exciting thing, which can lead me to feel scattered. But I’m learning to center myself, to focus on what truly matters, and to find satisfaction in the present without always looking for what’s next.

So, who am I? I’m a seeker, a creator, a challenger of norms, and someone who is still evolving.

What are my core pillars?

💪🏼 Health & Wellbeing: I engage in endurance sports, strength training, and yoga. Equally prioritizing mental and physical health, I also take supplements to enhance my overall wellbeing and longevity.

🍎 Nutrition: Understanding the significance of proper nutrition, I make conscious food choices. I love cooking, following my Persian family tradition, and value homemade meals.

👥 Relationships & Family: I strive to maintain healthy, loving relationships with my family, friends, and colleagues. My goal is to build reciprocal, respectful, and authentic relationships.

✨ Spirituality: Spirituality is a foundational pillar in my life. I seek God in all aspects of my life and nurture my mind and spirit through prayer, reading, writing, and meditation.

📈 Personal Development: I am committed to personal growth and continuous learning. I improve my speaking skills, practice prudence, cultivate personal interests, and always make time for play.

🏗️ Work & Contribution: I am committed to meaningful work and seek ways to make a positive difference in my community.

🏦 Finances: My financial management seeks to generate security, freedom, and enrichment. I work to establish a healthy saving habit, manage income responsibly, and look for investments that enrich my life.
