My craft sits between strategy, engineering, and programming. I start by understanding the real situation: how the team works, where time is lost, what repeats too often, and which decisions depend on scattered information. Then I design and build something that can actually operate: an internal tool, an automated workflow, a dashboard, a platform, or an AI system when it makes sense.
