One paragraph: the single most important thing that changed since the last report, if anything did.

## Blockers, in order of cost

For each blocker, three lines:

1. **<Blocker>.** What it stops, measured (which work, since when, with the evidence).
   Who removes it: <person or team>. What exactly they need to do: <one concrete action>.

2. **<Blocker>.** ...

## Things that moved without anyone asking

- <Something that unblocked itself or advanced>, with the evidence.

## What this report could not measure

- <Source or question that was not observable>, said in those words.

Short by design: if it does not fit on one screen, it is two reports.
